Kathryn Gregory joins Medical Confidence as Director of Client Services

Medical Confidence Inc. (Medical Confidence) welcomes Kathryn Gregory as the company’s Director of Client Services. Kathryn will oversee the management of client relationships, ensuring the company’s clients receive an unparalleled service experience.  

Kathryn is a proven insurance leader with over 20 years in disability management.  Working for some of the largest group insurers in Canada, she has lead disability management operations and managed key client relationships.  Most recently, Kathryn’s been responsible for the development, implementation and evolution of industry-leading disability management programs that focus on early healthcare intervention and meaningful and successful return to work outcomes.

Of her appointment, Kathryn said “I know how a medical event can impact an individual both physically and emotionally and I also know how early access to care can make all the difference in an individual’s recovery and return to health.  Having seen first-hand the difference they make in helping Canadians navigate the healthcare system, I’m passionate about the service Medical Confidence provides and I’m very excited to be joining the team as they continue to grow.”
